About ELGRAS
A workshop and a site team
ELGRAS manufactures bespoke joinery in its own workshop in Kaunas and installs it as part of refurbishment and fit-out projects in Lithuania and abroad.
Most interior projects fail in the gap between the people who draw them and the people who build them. We keep both sides in the same company: the joinery is manufactured to our own drawings, and the team installing it on site is the team that made it.
That means the survey, the specification and the programme are written by people who will have to stand behind them. If a detail cannot be built to the date you need, we say so before the contract is signed rather than after the material is ordered.
We work for businesses and public bodies — marine, HoReCa, pools and leisure, offices, airports and travel retail, and retail and showrooms. The scope varies from a single reception desk to a complete fit-out, but the process behind it does not change.
Work is priced from a measured survey and a written specification. You see the drawings, the materials and the finishes before manufacturing starts, and the programme is agreed against your opening or occupation date.
How we work
Fewer contractors, fewer gaps
Manufacturing and installation under one contract removes the handover point where most delays and disputes appear. One programme, one point of contact, one company responsible for the result.
- Joinery manufactured in our own workshop, not bought in
- Measured survey before anything is priced
- Drawings and specification approved before manufacture
- Phased working in occupied and trading spaces
- Snagging closed out before handover
Own install teams
The same company that manufactures the joinery delivers and installs it on site.Built to your dates
