Joinery manufactured in our own workshop, interiors refurbished while they stay in use, and shell space taken through to a finished, working fit-out.
01 — Manufacturing
Bespoke joinery, made to order
Joinery is manufactured rather than bought in, so sizes, materials and finishes follow the space instead of a catalogue. The same workshop supplies our own fit-out projects and other contractors working to their own drawings.

02 — Refurbishments
Bringing an interior back up to standard
Refurbishment work suits spaces that already function but have worn out visually or practically. Instead of rebuilding, we replace what has failed and upgrade what dates the space, working around your trading or working hours.

- Reception and customer-facing areas reworked

- Phased work in occupied and trading spaces

03 — Fit-outs
From shell space to a working interior
A fit-out takes an empty or stripped-back space and delivers it ready to use. We coordinate the trades on site, install our own joinery, and hand the space over against an agreed opening or occupation date.

How we work
From survey to handover
- 01
Site survey
We measure the space, check the existing condition and confirm what the programme has to work around.
- 02
Drawings and quote
Layouts, joinery drawings and a specification of materials and finishes, priced before anything is ordered.
- 03
Manufacture
Joinery is made in our workshop to the approved drawings while site preparation runs in parallel.
- 04
Installation
Delivery and installation on site, with trades sequenced so the space is not held up waiting on one item.
- 05
Handover
Snagging completed, the space cleaned and handed over ready for use on the agreed date.
